Job description
In order to achieve its strategic objectives, The Jekill and Hyde Company is looking for an experienced Product Manager to strengthen the Sales & Marketing team.

The job’s goal is to ensure that the product portfolio matches the market wishes and requirements and is in line with the company’s strategy. In this role, you will work together closely with the current Product Manager, improving each other’s skills, in order to create growth in the department’s performance.

As Product Manager at The Jekill and Hyde Company, you are highly skilled in preparing and designing business proposals for the launch of new products.  You will make the difference with your very process-oriented approach and with your know-how to materialize ideas and concepts. The organization has a great deal of knowledge of the product and the market and is constantly working on innovations at product level. As an experienced Product Manager, you know how to effectively use this knowledge, converting it into successful new products and services. The industry in which The Jekill and Hyde Company is active in, is changing rapidly, which gives the position of Product Manager a chance to develop him/herself and the position within the organization.

Job requirements
To be eligible for the position of Product Manager at The Jekill and Hyde Company, you are an enthusiastic, energetic professional who is passionate about his/her work and who is analytically strong and process-oriented. Ideally, you have experience within a production environment/the manufacturing industry and you know how processes run here. You are great in setting up, implementing and monitoring various projects. You know how to find your way internally by switching intensively between the various departments and colleagues will acknowledge you as 'Project Manager' right from the start. As Product Manager, you have a genuine affinity with the product and also get a lot of energy from having contact with partners and visiting events. 

As Product Manager, you will quickly become a colleague that people can rely on and who they know will take care of everything. Of course you can always fall back on the internal knowledge that is present and accessible! Other aspects you should recognise yourself in are:
• Completed Bachelor's degree;
• Full-time availability;
• Several years of work experience in a similar position;
• Solid knowledge of the English and German languages. Dutch is preferred but not compulsory;
• Strong analytical skills and experience in setting up projects;
• Affinity with the product.
